We do not issue refunds once a transaction has been processed
Once a transaction has been processed you will be sent an email confirmation of your transaction, no physical goods will be sent out.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us during transmission and once we receive it. Under legislation required from 1st July 2011 by the Australia Competition & Consumer Commission, we are required to provide our clients with the following notice prior to commencing any and all service on systems or devices which may contain user-generated data.
During the process of repair, some of all of your stored data may be lost. Please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair. Please note that we take all possible care to reduce the likelihood of data loss for our clients. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control which may result in loss of data.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
