Notes: Clicking HELP will download an application on to your PC. If you do not wish to have the application left on your PC, click the RUN button (not Save).
Then clcik Yes to allow the program to run properly opn your PC. When the program has loaded, click Show My PC Now,
and provide the Share Password to your Remote Support person. Also click on Allow Access, if a firewall warning appears.
